Program: National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI) - Support Group

Free support for friends and family of adults (or older teens) with mental illness. Work with Mental Health Systems, Public Education and legislation. Offers an opportunity to share your experiences in dealing with a family member or friend with mental illness and learn how to cope. Support groups are run by parents and friends who have been through similar issues.

Cost: None.
Support groups meet the third Tuesday of every month from 6:30p.m.-8:30p.m.
