Dr. Crawford uses cognitive and behavioral approaches to therapy most of the time. Insight approaches are also incorporated into therapy as needed and appropriate. Typically there is homework, appropriate to the need, to be completed prior to the next appointment. Dr. Crawford approaches life and counseling from a Christian perspective. However, clients are not required to have that same perspective.
