Sponsorship Policy
Health District of Northern Larimer County and the Poudre Valley Health
System/Poudre Valley Hospital Foundation provide the primary funding for
this site. The project was developed as a public/private partnership.
For the purposes of this section, the term "key funder/s" refers to
Health District of Northern Larimer County and Poudre Valley Health
System/Poudre Valley Hospital Foundation. The "steering committee"
refers to representatives from the Health District of Northern
Larimer County, Poudre Valley Health System/Poudre Valley Hospital
Foundation and the Larimer County Department of Health and
Environment. The term "sponsors" or "sponsorship" refer to those
paying money to HealthInfoSource.com. The following regulations have
been established to govern sponsorship:
- HealthInfoSource.com reserves the right to accept or refuse
sponsorship at the discretion of the site editor and the steering
committee.
- Sponsorship should not be considered endorsement of the
sponsor's products or business by HealthInfoSource.com or the key
funders.
- There is a distinct separation between sponsorship and editorial
decisions. Sponsors have no decision-making power on the Web site,
other than whether or not to provide sponsorship dollars. While some
sponsors may also appear as resources on the Web site, sponsorship
does not provide any advantage, preference or priority in a search
return.
- Sponsors must comply with all applicable domestic and foreign
laws regarding advertising.
